Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 3–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and peak holiday periods.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we ship within Canada and the United States only.

We’re working on expanding to more countries in the future. Sign up for our emails to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (CAD or USD).

Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible.

If you need to make a change, email us at support@velourabeauty.ca as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@velourabeauty.ca.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your order. If there’s an issue, please contact us and we’ll help.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare/makeup products are not eligible for return.

If your item is unused, unopened, and in original condition, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll review your return request.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@velourabeauty.ca within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We curate and sell authentic Korean beauty products from trusted brands and verified suppliers.

We carefully select products based on quality, ingredients, and customer needs.

Do you make your own products?

No — Veloura Beauty is a curated store.

We do not manufacture products ourselves. We hand-pick skincare and beauty products from trusted Korean beauty brands so you can shop with confidence.

How do I know which products are right for my skin type?

Each product page includes key details to help you shop, including:

  • Skin type suggestions
  • Product type
  • Benefits
  • How to use (when available)

Do you list ingredients?

We try to provide ingredient information whenever available from the brand.

If you need ingredient details for a specific product and don’t see them listed, contact us at support@velourabeauty.ca.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are selected with gentle, skin-friendly formulas in mind, but every person’s skin is different.

We always recommend doing a patch test before using a new product, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin.
